Groups

Group therapy provides a protected space where people can experience that they are not alone with their thoughts and feelings.

Sharing with others encourages new perspectives and strengthens social skills. Many participants benefit from feeling understood, receiving feedback, and working together on solutions. Group therapy can thus make an effective contribution to personal development and coping with psychological stress.

Groups take place both in-person and virtually.

Everyone is welcome to join the groups, share their experiences, and contribute to finding solutions.

New members can join at any time; please register in advance.
